Welcome to the Internet Jungle Of Overwhelm. Do you ever feel like you just can’t carry on ? You keep trying to make things work on-line, it’s like your walking through glue or it’s like You are ant stuck on the side of a jam jar getting no ware fast?
The next feeling is frustration and self doubt kicks in and a massive feeling of failure and Overloaded, Your like a heavy truck going up a steep hill crawling along in first gear, with all the other cars whizzing pass you with ease, these cars are pissing you off because they are getting to the destination called SUCCESS before you .
Now those feeling starts to fester and ferments into OVERWHELM ! Making you feel hopeless.
But wait it doesn’t stop there, the Overwhelm then develops into the worst of all you start feeling Depressed making you feel even more hopeless and a total failure, which in turn makes you want to Quit on all your dreams .
How many times have you been through that recipe for failure ?
An Internet marketer can only ride that roller coaster ride so many times . I don’t know about you but I went
through that almost daily or at least weekly, Its Painful! It Hurts!
But, Believe it or not, All those emotions are NECESSARY, it’s a good thing! Now I know that sounds Crazy but stick with me. Because I have finally discovered a strategy that will not only help you in many areas of your life, but can be the key to guide you in your business life as well .
This Is POWERFUL!
This is one of the most powerful strategies that has ever been show to me and that I feel I must share it with as many people as possible .
This is so huge (if you understand and apply it ) that your business will go through the roof .
No more late nights worrying about not doing enough to get your internet business going or having those feelings of Overwhelm and Depression ,
What if I told you that you would look forward to to those feelings because they would point you back in the directions of your Dreams .
I know that sounds absolutely CRAZY but stick with me here.
And that’s why we are doing what we are doing is’ent it . We all want more time with our family we all want more Money or to live In a nicer house
We all want more from life don’t we ?
But sometimes we just keep hitting a brick wall that always seems to appear at the wrong time , just when we feel that we are running with the Lions we get the depression dart fired at us in the form of overwhelm .
Well I have the answer and in a moment I am going to revel to YOU a four step procedures that will change your life for the better and explode your Internet business .
Let me explain I have suffered from overwhelm and depression many times It is absolutely horrible and lot’s of time over the last 3 nearly 4 years I have wanted to QUIT!
But I haven’t I’ve kept going, But now I have a solution to this problem that is so easy to follow, In stead of following the Depression
and overwhelm recipe I now follow a simple four step process that’s as easy as
baking a chocolate cake and task just as good when you have mastered these skills .
I was sat at my desk and for some reason I glanced over at my CD cabinet, my mind went rushing back to Edinburgh . We had just taken the kids to this Scottish city for the weekend everybody was a sleep, it was about 2am and I was flicking, channel surfing when I saw this big tall guy with teeth like Red Rum, (The horse) This guy was bouncing all over the place It was a informercial with Tony Robins So I bought the the full set of Personal Power the Driving Force.
It was next to these tapes that I saw his Lessons in Mastery, Now I have had these CD for about 2 years and I have listened to them, But something inside me said listen to Robins .
This was a case of when the pupil is ready the teacher will arrive . Listening to them was like listening to the CD for the first time .
These Are The Secrets That I Discovered ….
You need to become conscious of your feelings and emotions when they start to affect you.
When you feel any negative emotion like Overwhelm or Depression take these as Action Signals .
What are action signals for ? Action signal are there to tell you that you need to re-evaluate the way that you are perceiving something or the way you are proceeding with something.
So lets take Overwhelm. If you take the feeling s of overwhelm as a negative felling instead of a positive Action Signal this is how you will perceive your situation first you will start to look at the whole picture, thinking that you are not achieving anything.
You’ll probably have about three or four things on the boil not relay doing anything, that can move you towards your goal , You may start to doubt your own abilities or even worse question why you are even trying to work a business from home.
This then all escalates into Overwhelm then Depression or maybe you”ll just try to ignore the feelings which will make it worse, it doesn’t go away it just intensifies. Because the feeling is a sign to take POSITIVE ACTION !
So now lets look at a positive way to not only deal with the circumstances, but to change them ,allowing you to go for your goals .
It’s a signal for you to take action .
- Firstly you Identify the feeling or emotion>> Overwhelm
- Then Appreciate the feeling or emotion >> OK that’s cool my mind is telling me that something is not quite right I need to adjust something .
Now You are going to have to change one of two things .
- Perception >> The way you are thinking about it .
- Procedure >> The way you are carrying out your situation .
You need to re-evaluate what’s most important for you. Sit down and DECIDE what’s a necessity for you not a desire what is a necessity !
Write down all the things that are most important for You to accomplish . Next put them in a order of priority . Then take the first thing on your list and TAKE ACTION. As soon as you decide to take action and start to do something your brain will not feel overwhelmed .
Eat the Elephant one bite at a time chunk it down .The Action Message that your mind is screaming at you is simple. You are trying to do too much in to shorter a period of time Your looking at the whole universe and expecting everything to be perfect and finished and you feel like you can’t handle it.
So here is Your five step process For Stopping Overwhelm>>
- Notice the emotion and then change Your state
- Sit down and clarify what’s most important to you
- Write out all the things/stuff that you need to do
- Prioritise into a list, order of importance
- Take the first thing on that list and master it or finish it and then move onto the next task. Take Small bites of the Elephant.
