The first thing you must do is go and download handbrake

Handbrake

1) Go to Source to find the folder.

Your Video Formatting should be mp4 file this is the best file format for Video on-line. It means it’s more compatible with any other format and it will load quicker.

2) Tick the Web Optimized Button which will compress the video as much as possible and is also compatible with the web.

Go to Video.

3) Enter the code @ H264 (x264).

4) Click ‘audio’. Look for ‘bit rate’, then change the ‘bit rate’ to 128 (usually 160). There is now a lot of difference between the two but your file will be slightly smaller as a result.

5) Then go to ‘advanced’. Change the reference frame to four . This will make your video slightly better quality once it has been compressed.

Target size (MB)- arrange file size for a Video 20 meg.
Average Bit Rate.
Constant Quality.

This all depends on the length of the video. The smaller the video, the faster it will load.

7) When that is sorted, click ‘start’.

There is a ‘progress’ bar at the bottom, once this has reached the end, your video has been converted and is ready for use.
