What is it that makes us afraid of stupid things, like mice or spiders? It always make me laugh when my partner virtually stand bolt upright on a chair, Screaming for help because a mouse has just scuttled across the floor and she saw this beast, all 3 inches of him !
Why is she afraid of such a tiny creature, and why are you afraid or writing your first article or blog post ?
Here are 5 fears that you must get over before you can really expand your blog marketing online.
1) Procrastination Just do it ! Stop putting it off write your first blurb!

3) In point 2 we talked about criticism and to ignore it . But you will fined that your biggest critic will be yourself. You will have many internal dialog with yourself about subjects like , I wont be any good or who will read this ? How can I offer value because I only started in my business last week, Bla Bla Bla the list of things that you can say to yourself is amazing. When it get to self destruction we become very creative so lets use that creative power and switch it so that we BIG ourself up.
Do you realise that if you write just one article that you have taken another step towards becoming a leader in the field of your choice ! Another step towards your Goals! “Feel The Fear And Do It Any Way” Become an expert at blog marketing .
4) Dont judge your blog marketing online success by how many Facebook likes and shares you have or Re-tweets. Monitor your success on how many people opt-into your list or if your traffic is on the way up. Also your blogs page rank and your alexa ranking i find are a good guide.
5) What if I give out wrong advice ? How will that make me look ? We All Make Mistakes and its possible that you will say something wrong but be honest and hold up your hands and carry on .

3) Offer Value . Value comes with time, and as time passes you become more valuable with the knowledge that you gain.
4) Your blog marketing online success will depend on the relation ships that are carved out with the blogging community that you interact with . start looking for good blogs that you can comment on . Don’t just go for the link back to your site get involved with the convesation partisipate with value .
5) One of the biggest mistakes that I made was consistant I was not consistant , so I left money and relationships on the table . So with your Blog Marketing Online stratergy Be Consistant!

Great points Graham! Being authentic is so important without worrying about whether people will like you or your “stuff”…we have to remember that at least 10% of people are not going to like us or what we have to say anyway. Oh, and thanks for the reminder about the FB shares and tweets…I worried about that too until I saw other big traffic blogs and they didn’t have huge shares either. Thanks for the info!! ~Jodi
