Furthermore, my upline and I submitted our documents for GCC on the same day, 8th of January 2011. He got his GCC and I didn’t receive mine. Please help.

Amazing products and wonderful compensation scheme. This is all why I love My Video Talk. I only have complaints with support team. I don’t receive prompt support and cooperation/assistance. One particular instance: my documents for GCC were submitted on the 8th of January but when I enquired after 4 weeks about GCC, they replied that they received my documents on 11th. Other IRs who have submitted their documents later than I did, they got their GCCs. Now it’s on the 7th week, I don’t have my GCC yet. I wish this is not intentionally done as this is how I feel. Well, by the way, Support Team replied to my e-mail that this is due to technical error. I hope this will be addressed properly and that Global support will act accordingly and appropriately. My name is Galvin Cacpal, IR 235287, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Someone from the corporate office should know this. Any assistance from anyone in the corporate office is highly appreciated. My videotalk has started to change the way I am making a living right now. Amazing products and wonderful compensation scheme. Only I have few complaints with MVT Global Support Team. I don’t receive prompt action, support and cooperation as it should be expected. Imagine, when my upline submitted my documents for the global cash card that was on 8th of January, Support team replied to my query regarding my cash card that they receive my documents on the 11th of January. Why late to receive documents? My uplines informed me that cash card can be processed in 3 to 4 weeks, now it is on the 7th week, I don’t have my cash card yet. Other IRs who have submitted their documents later than I did, they already received. Quite disappointing as I am seriously working on this business and been giving presentations and advising each prospects that cash card can be arranged in 3 to 4 weeks but never did happen to me. Reply of Support team, this is due to technical error. I wonder why only to me there is a technical error. I wish this is not intentional as this is how I feel.
